Short Term Mission Trip Attendance Initial Application

If you are prompted to join justBible Ministries on a mission trip, please read the following guidelines and complete this initial application:

1) This is the initial application. Upon receipt of this application, an interview will be scheduled to discuss in detailed the scope, requirements, and expectations of the applicant during this trip.  
2) Participants in this trip must be willing to accept full responsibility for funding all their travel costs and expenses. The cost per participant will be presented by justBibleMinistries to the applicants who have been selected to attend. justBible Ministrieswill provide fundraising tools to assist in obtaining the necessary funds.  
3) Acceptance to attend this trip is not guaranteed. Attendance of the requested trip depends on multiple factors such as trip capacity, ministry desires, experience, etc.
4) If accepted to join justBible Ministries on this mission trip, the following will be required:
  • Attendance of all mission planning and information meetings.
  • Medical information release which will include standard insurance, travel insurance, medications, and doctors release to attend this trip.
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Passport documentation.
  • Liability acknowledgement and release.
  • Background check consent.  
5) The projected cost per attendee is $1,000 + air fare. Air fare target range is $2,500 to $3,000.  

6)Application submission deadline is February 15, 2025.
